Can I leave the humidifier switched on when the baby is in the room?

As others have already written, it is a fan/air purifier and not a humidifier. As to the question of whether a baby can be in the room, I don't think it's a problem.
If the appliance is not running at full capacity, it is not particularly loud. The constant low noise can even put a small child to sleep ;-)
