Can I have the software on several PCs?
They can, but they can't:
"Unless otherwise stated at the time of delivery or download, the licence permits you to use the software on a single computer system for a single use in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. The Software may NOT be transferred electronically from one computer to another nor used over a network unless expressly authorised by the Licensor at the time of delivery or download."
