Can I control the Soundbar via Bluetooth from a PC or laptop and select it as a normal audio output (as with Bluetooth headphones, for example)?

Yes, it works without any problems. I stream music from my mobile phone or tablet (both Apple) to the soundbar from time to time. I have never tried PC, laptop, headphones, etc., but I think it works in principle.
