Can I connect the AVM FRITZ!Box 7590 DE version router behind the Quickline cable modem? (I assume at the "blue" WAN connection ?
Yes, correct works without any problems. Then simply change the setting on the Fritzbox under:
Internet / Access data / Internet access tab => "Connection".
Connection to a cable modem (cable connection) Select this access if the FRITZ!Box is connected via "WAN" to a cable modem that establishes the Internet connection.
