2 spdif type fibre optic connectors for TV or other and an audio input with cinch connectors.
No input for an old vinyl turntable which requires an RIAA type input.

Yes, TV via optical cable and connection and phono via Analogue In connection.
Great device and very easy to use. Very versatile device and recommended to anyone who wants to use audio sources other than just streaming services.

I have already sold the device again.
Too complicated.
