Can I connect a Fritzbox 7490 to a Cablecom connection (via ubee from Cablecom) via LAN/RJ45 cable without further ado ?

Works without any problems. Simply connect to LAN1 on the Fritzbox.

Can I use all the functions if I have a Quickline modem? The most important thing for me is the DECT base station. Thanks for the quick answer!

This should work. Dsa Ubee must be configured as a bridge. and on the Fritzbox, under Menu Internet/Access Data, set the "Connection" to Connection to a cable modem (cable connection) and the operating mode as desired. Depending on how the operating mode is set, the "Filter" function is available or not.
