Can I change the ringing tone, which is far too loud and leaves my heart pounding, even if I turn it off straight away?

I couldn't turn down the ringer volume.
Press the SET button three times when the alarm clock is on the ON side until "AL" is displayed, then use the arrow buttons to set the desired volume (1-3).
