Can I also plug the box into a normal RJ45 connection? I don't have a DSL socket.
The question is not really clearly formulated, but I assume that you want to connect the Fritzbox to a cable modem that establishes the Internet connection. If that is the purpose of your question, then the answer is yes. The LAN1 port can be configured accordingly. Caution: you will of course lose a switch port and tip: configure the cable modem in "transparent" or "bridge" mode to avoid double NAT.
