Can anyone tell me which Ethernet adapter works with this box without problems?

Hi! In case you or anyone else still needs this info, I've bought the product recently, along with a TP-Link UE306 Ethernet to USB adapter, which was shown on Digi as "often bought together".
Sadly that particular adapter didn't work for me. The connection was unstable and ultimately I had to return it.
After some research I got the impression that it's likely a chipset incompatibility issue. Adapters with an Asix AX88179A chip were often mentioned as working, online, so I ended up getting one from Ugreen, elsewhere, that specifically had such a chip.
That one actually does seem to be functioning properly, so far (it can also serve as a USB-Hub, but I haven't tested that particular feature out, yet).
Annoyingly, it's not always easy to determine which chip an adapter is based on, so you'll have to look around a bit...

Hi, I'm testing it with wifi 5gh, it works perfectly. It works perfectly. To connect it through the Ethernet cable you have to make sure that the USB debug is deactivated.
For the adapter, I have already read an article that the amazon basics Internet adapter usb 3.0 to gigabit Ethernet works perfectly too.
