Can anyone say from their own experience that this router works with Wingo (2.5G / 10G) on its own? According to Wingo, the IB from Wingo must always be connected to the fibre optic connection. According to a statement from Anonymous here in the questions, the router "apparently" also works with Wingo. (How) do you get it to work with Wingo without having to do without XGS-PON?

If you also want to use the landline connection, you need to request the SIP access data from Wingo, which will be sent to you by post. For further telephony settings, you can find more information on the Swisscom Community page using the search function: https://community.swisscom.ch

You need the NSN number from Wingo. They have to give it to you (telecoms law).
You probably just had an ignorant employee on the phone.

My box has been running continuously since August 2024. Without IB.
