Question about Ubiquiti Lite 8 PoE
Can an AP be operated with it? So it has explicit POe out? And is this the cheapest model that ubiquite offers?
We operate 3 APs on a USW-LITE-8-POE (8 ports), which works perfectly and according to my research is the cheapest solution, four APs are probably possible. If you only want to operate one AP, there is also a 5 port with a POE. However, if you only need a power supply, an AP Acc Ubiquiti U-POE-AF injector is sufficient.
Does Digitec also have the right power supply unit?
Yes. I have exactly this setting.
This switch has 4 ports with PoE out, up to 52 watts in total.
