Installation cables are usually much thicker. This plug only fits on patch cables.
It is best to lay the installation cable on a socket and then connect the devices with patch hubs.

The answer is no. I bought the LogiLink Cat. 6 cable and wanted to patch with this connector. No chance. You need at least MP0030.
