Question about Reolink Argus 2
Does anyone need this camera with UPC? I can only access it when I am connected to the same wifi (UPC). But if I set it up with a Swisscom wifi, everything works fine. Can anyone help me?

I also use the camera via the wifi from Swisscom.
It works perfectly.
Have you entered your password for the UPC WiFi?
Ensures in the firewall of the router that UDP is released - this is a prerequisite for access from outside.
Have you found a solution to this? I have the same problem... Even after various resets, I can only access the camera when I'm at home on the same WLAN... which of course wasn't the point when I bought the camera!
