Blade width? Which blades on Digitec are suitable for this? They say that online shops make their money with accessories. Unfortunately, this does not apply to accessories that are absolutely necessary!

Since I had to figure it out myself, at least I'm helping others. This one needs 9mm blades (1-11-300). Thanks again for no support dear Digitec team. Unfortunately, I would have managed without you - exemplary!

Part 2: Message to Digitec, as I couldn't find out thanks to their website.
(two different things)
Since I was able to confirm my statement myself, I accepted the answer as a signpost for others. What exactly did I do wrong? ... well, it's probably not up to me.

lol you do realise that the community for questions is addressed to other customers and not directly to digitec? If you want an answer from digitec, contact customer service.
