- USB-C cable & power supply: Try a different cable/charger - this is often the problem. - USB port on the speaker: Loose? Damaged? Carry out a visual inspection.
Perform a reset: - Switch off both speakers - Right speaker: Press and hold the on/off button for approx. 10 seconds
Battery deeply discharged? - Leave the speaker on the charger for at least 1 hour, even if no LED is lit. - Check firmware update, if available (usually via app or support).
If nothing helps: Contact our support team, possibly a warranty claim.
