Question about Minix NEO X8-H Plus incl. A2 LITE AirMouse

Unfortunately, the Minix NEO X8-H Plus box is not compatible with the Android Zattoo app.
When I asked Zattoo, I received the following reply:

"Please note that we have optimised the Zattoo app for smartphones and tablets running Android, but not for Android TV sticks or boxes. The information that we support TV sticks or boxes is therefore not available anywhere.

Unfortunately, we are not able to test all Android devices available on the market, because the number of devices is significantly higher compared to, for example, iOS devices. Due to different specifications and very different devices with Android, it can unfortunately happen that less known or less used devices will have errors.

However, our app works with e.g. Google Chromecast. Chromecast allows you to stream directly, whether from mobile devices (iOS/Android) or the browser to your TV."

Since Zattoo is apparently not interested in fixing this flaw, I will let my subscription to Zattoo expire.

By the way, the apps from the competition wilmaa or Teleboy as well as the app from UPC Horizon-Go work perfectly.

I can only confirm that Zattoo does not run at all on the Minix box. Neither does Teleboy, by the way. Only the Wilmaa app runs on the Minix box.
