Attention: "UL94 VTM-0" only means that the bag will not start to burn if a Bunsen burner is held to it for 10 seconds. This is an absolutely unrealistic assumption for a fire. And: It doesn't mean that the heat inside the bag stays low enough that the documents don't start to burn.
