Attention: Drivers for Win10 from the linked page do not work! I assume the drivers on the CD will not be more up-to-date and therefore will not work either. Other experiences?

if this is still needed for someone, here you can find the "manufacturer" driver of the adapter:

By manually installing the AXIS AX88179 USB3.0 driver, it worked for me via Windows10.

Well, it works for me. Of course, this may also be due to the Windows version itself (version 1709 build 16299.214). Try the following download, unpack the ZIP file and run the setup: ftp://ftp.dlink.de/dub/dub-1312/driver_software/DUB-1312_drv_reva_3010_Win_multi_20161123.zip

PS: Older version: ftp://files.dlink.com.au/products/DUB-1312/REV_A/Drivers/DUB-13x2_All_Windows_Drivers_Setup_v3.0.0.0.zip
