At what intervals does the unit indicate that the filter needs to be replaced? Every 3 months or every 2 weeks? Is it possible to make a general statement? Since the unit itself decides when it needs to be replaced.... I would like to calculate how much I have to spend on filters per year. Thanks in advance Stefanie

With a daily running time of 10-12 hours, I changed the filter after about 4 months, but I probably could have waited a little longer. In my opinion, it is important to descale the filter weekly with citric acid, then the filter will last longer and the performance will be better.
