Question about Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Pro-24 PoE

As usual, digitec does not deliver the CH power cable! It's getting tiresome, this is at least the tenth time I've ordered Ubiquiti and it's the same thing every time. I have to call them to have them send a new CH cable at their expense! So yes, it's free, but it's exhausting to have to do it every time. Especially since the product manager does nothing to remedy the problem!
