Are these HP minicomputers also available with a keyboard in CH layout?
Not to my knowledge. Unfortunately, a matching keyboard must be purchased separately.
Not at Digitec. I simply ordered a Swiss keyboard for CHF 20. The Mini PC is cool and quite fast.
