Are the mentioned two licences for the Surveillance package also available with this product - i.e. specifically for the operation of Surveillance with 2 cameras there are NO additional costs. Is this correct? "Synology Surveillance Device License Packs are designed for expanding camera, I/O module, access controllers, and transaction devices set up on Synology Surveillance Station. By default, two device licenses2 are installed on a DiskStation".

Correct, 2 licences are included and the other 23 possible licences are chargeable.
