Question about Synology DS3622xs+
Are any of you running the NAS with 20TB Seagate or WD HDs? Tests/reviews of smaller NON Synology HDs can be found but what about 12x20TB?

Just because something is not on the compatibility list does not automatically mean that it is not compatible. For example, it has simply not been tested yet.
As far as I know, the SATA interface has no size restrictions, so 20TB should not be a problem for the interface.
What there are are size limits of the individual volumes on the part of Synology. With 12x20TB you are in a region where this could be the case, depending on the setup of the NAS. https://kb.synology.com/de-de...
