Apart from the colours, what is the difference between the Oral-B pro 3 3900 priced at CHF82.40 and the version of the same name priced at CHF63.80? Are the 2 packs DUO PACKS?

The price, nothing more and nothing less. Some people are guided by colour, which is completely irrelevant for a toothbrush or a razor. Women's razors are only more expensive because of the colour.
