After setting up the repeater, how can I make the additional SSID into an SSID?  That is, the SSID of the WiFi router and the SSID of the repeater.

This is not possible with such repeaters. For this, you need a mesh network, such as Netgear Orbi. You can add any access points in the network and it is perceived as only one SSID. The user does not notice the switch of the APs. Performance is also much higher. From the user's point of view, it is a much better solution.
