if this is still needed for someone, here you can find the "manufacturer" driver of the adapter:

By manually installing the AXIS AX88179 USB3.0 driver, it worked for me via Windows10.

Well, it works for me. Of course, this may also be due to the Windows version itself (version 1709 build 16299.214). Try the following download, unpack the ZIP file and run the setup: ftp://ftp.dlink.de/dub/dub-1312/driver_software/DUB-1312_drv_reva_3010_Win_multi_20161123.zip
