According to the pictures, the appliance does not have a softening system. Is this correct? What do you do if the water is very hard?
You can order so-called Pop Cassettes (dishwashing detergent) and Rock n Roll Cassettes (cleaning and descaling) directly from Daan Tech. 3 cleaners and a descaler approx. 35.- CHF. Possibly customs costs added. Other possibility Britta filter.
