Question about Samsung HW-Q990D

According to Internet forums, there are problems with the wireless connection of the subwoofer, which is said to constantly break off on some models. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, has it been solved by Samsung service?

So my Q990D has been running for 1 month without a single problem on a Samsung S90D.
Both eARC and HDMI Passthrough Xbox Series X are running flawlessly.
