Question about Ubiquiti U6-Enterprise

Is Wifi 6E, i.e. 6GHz available/approved for this AP in Switzerland? According to Ubiquiti, Switzerland is not yet on the list: https://help.ui.com/hc/en-us/articles/8691786444567 However, they also refer to this list, where Switzerland is again on the list for 6GHz: https://www.wi-fi.org/countries-enabling-wi-fi-in-6-ghz-wi-fi-6e Could someone confirm whether this is available?
