What about doors with additional locking pins, e.g. crosswise? The door handle must first be turned upwards before it can be closed. Does NUKI report if the lever has not been operated and therefore cannot be closed?

Follow-up question: there are also doors where the key has to be turned 2 or 3 times for the locking pins to come out, can NUKI be used with such doors?

Answer

If the locking or unlocking process fails, the Nuki signals. Two turns (720 degrees) are possible. Three turns are not possible in my app (but I have a first or second generation Nuki and don't know if this has been changed).
