1. What is the maximum extension length of the included support bracket for the outdoor unit? (I have a railing outside the window and I want to install the unit behind it, so it must take like extra 17 cm.)
2. Is this device legally allowed by default in Geneva? I know monoblocks are okay, but I’m not sure about portable mini-splits like this one.

Unfortunately, neither we nor the supplier have any information about the bracket. You may receive an answer directly from the manufacturer if you contact them.

The air conditioning system is classed as "portable", which is why it can actually be installed without additional authorisation. However, to be on the safe side, I recommend that you check this with your local authority.
