This audio front-door station is designed for intercom systems according to DIN EN 50486 in 2-wire technology. It is suitable for mounting in separately available housings, either flush-mounted or surface-mounted. The unit features a 2 mm thick front panel made of satin stainless steel with speech openings, screwless mounting for housing (surface-mounted/flush-mounted) with a snap-in spring mechanism and an opening mechanism with vandal protection. It includes flush-mounted nameplates (exchangeable from the front) with call buttons that have white LED backlighting and a pluggable connection terminal block with screw terminals.

The pre-wired front panel contains electronic components in an encapsulated monoblock design, including a loudspeaker and microphone. Device configuration is facilitated via a rear LED display with 3 soft keys and a 7-segment display, which can be rotated 180 degrees for optimal readability and operability. The device also features automatic addressing when voltage is applied for the first time.

Key illumination is dependent on ambient light, adaptable to conditions via a brightness sensor.
