Google Nest WiFi router and access point
I got this set to improve the WiFi in my parents' house, and it works great. They are extremely satisfied with it, and being not very technically inclined, were happy with the ease of setup and enjoy the Google Assistant built only into the access point (not the router).
The Google Home integration allows for easy setup and diagnostics (like internet speed and mesh performance checks). You can configure some things like the brightness of the access point's light ring (which looks great).
I was a bit disappointed that the access point does not have an ethernet port as I had intended to run a Cat6 or Cat7 cable up between the router and access point to make sure the speed and range is optimal. Nevertheless the mesh network performs well and I decided it wasn't needed.
I was also happy to see the Fitbit Aria scale work seamlessly with it as it uses 802.11b and was worried it wouldn't be compatible.
