The ZyXEL GS-105B v3 Gigabit Desktop Switch with five ports is perfectly suited for SOHOs. Thanks to its energy-saving design, the switch consumes less than 5 watts of power, meeting the requirements for an environmentally conscious IT infrastructure.

Version 3 of the fanless switch features even more compact dimensions. Additional advantages of the switch include lower heat output, a sturdy metal housing, and durability. Air cooling in this desktop model is achieved through convection, eliminating moving parts and the disruptive noise generated by fans.

The QoS prioritization feature is essential for the use of VoIP applications in a network. Priority means "precedence" and indicates the order in which multiple data packets are processed by the switch. This ensures optimal prioritization of VoIP traffic.
