These hob cover/cutting plates can be used universally. Your hob is protected and at the same time you gain valuable working space on your kitchen counter. The plates are virtually unbreakable and heat-resistant up to 220°C. However, we recommend using them only on cooled hobs. If necessary, the plates can simply be cleaned with a damp cloth.
