Alles richtig gemacht, Yamaha! Von der Ausstattung her ist der RX-A3080 top und auch klanglich ist er ohne Fehl und Tadel - man merkt, dass den Japanern Audioqualität viel bedeutet.
Aktuell täte Yamaha gut daran, erst einmal die offenbar unnötige Cross-Format-Upmixing-Sperre bei den aktuellen Modellen wieder zu entfernen. Surround AI macht vor allem gute Soundtracks einen Tick besser, ist gegen schwache Mixe aber machtlos. Dennoch ist die Entwicklung interessant – und könnte in Zukunft eine Trumpfkarte sein, wenn Dolby & Co in Protektionismusmanier die Mauern gegen andere Upmixer...
