Desfire access credential for Yale Doorman L3 smart lock. This modern and secure Mifare Desfire access credential technology allows the Yale Doorman L3 smart lock to be opened easily and quickly. If an access credential is lost, it can be disabled immediately, ensuring your home remains secure despite the loss.

The Yale Doorman L3 smart lock has 30 memory slots for access credentials. Codes can be 6 to 10 characters long. When used with the Yale Home app, each named user reserves a memory slot for the unlocking code and a memory slot for the access credential, allowing you to program, for example, 20 unlocking codes and 10 access credentials into the lock.

Please note that the access credential reader turns off if its temperature drops below -25°C. This shutdown is a safety feature to prevent damage to the reader. Ensure that in such cold temperatures, users have an alternative way to open the lock, such as a code or the Yale Home app.
