Desfire access card for the Yale Doorman L3 Smart Lock. This modern and secure Mifare Desfire access card technology allows for easy and quick unlocking of the Yale Doorman L3 Smart Lock. If an access card is lost, it can be immediately deactivated, ensuring your home remains secure despite the loss.

The Yale Doorman L3 Smart Lock has 30 memory slots for access cards. The codes can be 6 to 10 characters long. When using the Yale Home App, each named user reserves one memory slot for the unlock code and one memory slot for the access card, allowing you to program, for example, 20 unlock codes and 10 access cards in the lock.

Please note that the access card reader will shut down if the temperature drops below -25 °C. This shutdown is a safety feature to prevent damage to the reader. Make sure that users have an alternative way to unlock the lock in such cold temperatures, such as a code or the Yale Home App.
