XTool P2S 55W

The P2S has a powerful 55 W CO2 laser with a generous working area of 600 x 308 x 71 mm. With an optional raised base plate, the height can be extended to 215 mm, and a conveyor system increases the working area to up to 3000 x 440 mm, ideal for larger projects. The 14,000 rpm exhaust fan and 200 kPa air pump ensure clean, sharp cuts, while the 6400 m/s² acceleration on the X-axis increases the engraving speed. Stack engraving (e.g. of serial numbers, names or designs) is optimised with the intelligent filling function.

The xTool P2S cuts thicker materials such as 20 mm acrylic or 18 mm walnut wood effortlessly and in the shortest possible time. With an engraving speed of 600 mm/s and an accuracy of 0.01 mm, it delivers outstanding results.

With the live preview function, you can position designs directly on the material via your PC. The P2S can recognise and engrave multiple objects at the same time. Its close-range camera ensures precision, even with small objects such as toothpicks.

The intuitive xTool Creative Space software is available free of charge for Windows, Mac and mobile devices. The lid locks automatically during operation and the system has comprehensive safety features with continuous function monitoring. The emergency stop button provides additional safety. All xTool lasers are certified according to European CE standards.

Class 1 vs. Class 4. Both the P2S Class 1 and the P2S Class 4 use the same powerful 55W CO₂ laser. The difference lies in the safety design of the machine and how the laser beam is handled during operation: P2S Class 1 - The laser is fully enclosed, with a sealed housing and safety interlocks on the lid and base plate. If the lid is opened or the base plate removed, the laser is automatically deactivated.
