Precision and clean results with cold UV engraving. The F2 Ultra UV utilizes a 5-W UV laser that breaks molecular bonds with high-energy photons instead of using heat. This allows delicate materials such as glass, acrylic, ceramics, or plastics to be engraved without burning, charring, or thermal deformation. The laser spot is under 10 µm – over 100 times smaller than a typical CO₂ system – enabling precision in the micrometer range and extremely fine details.
