XTool F2 Ultra UV

Precision and clean results with cold UV engraving. The F2 Ultra UV utilises a 5 W UV laser that breaks molecular bonds with high-energy photons instead of using heat. This allows sensitive materials such as glass, acrylic, ceramics or plastics to be engraved without burning, charring or thermal deformation. The laser spot is less than 10 µm - over 100 times smaller than a typical CO₂ system - and enables precision in the micrometre range as well as extremely fine details.

A wide range of possibilities and materials. Whether simple plastic logos or complex internal structures in glass or crystal - the machine masters both. The F2 Ultra UV supports surface engraving, internal 3D engraving, cutting, embossing and rotary engraving. It is suitable for materials such as glass, crystal, acrylic, ceramic, plastic and silicone.

Simple, precise workflows thanks to intelligent functions. The two 48 MP cameras automatically take care of positioning and focussing and achieve an accuracy of around 0.2 mm. The working area is 200 × 200 mm, with an inner engraving zone of 70 × 70 mm. Interchangeable lenses make it easy to switch between surface and internal engraving.
