Wirewin Network cable

Wirewin S/FTP patch cables are characterized by their high quality and are suitable for Gigabit or 10-Gigabit connections with up to 500 MHz operating frequency. Category 6A cables are used for voice, multimedia and data transmission as well as ATM networks. The 100% copper strands are double shielded. A strand is a conductor consisting of many thin individual wires and therefore easy to bend. The advantage is also the high tensile strength. The cable also has a kink protection. In contrast to conventional PVC cables, these cables are halogen-free: the dangerous separation of halogen-containing fire gases is thus excluded. A further advantage is that the exposure to toxic gases (e.g. hydrogen chloride gas for PVC) is reduced to a minimum. Halogen-free cables are also flame retardant and there is no dangerous fuse effect. Halogen-free cables are also low in smoke in the event of a fire.
