Product details
The R100AU by why! is a small, discreet, and energy-efficient desktop computer. It can be placed unobtrusively behind a monitor and offers the performance of a desktop computer. It is very easy to disassemble and repair, and it is also highly energy-efficient. Its Intel Core Ultra 5 120U processor integrates the Intel graphics card. The "S" configuration includes 16 GB of DDR5 RAM (expandable up to 64 GB) and a 500 GB SSD drive. The why! computers are repairable, and spare parts will be available for the next 10 years after the launch. To combat software obsolescence, this model comes pre-installed with the Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Linux distribution and many compatible and equivalent free software programs for the most commonly used office applications, thus avoiding the need to purchase or rent licenses. Operating the computer for 10 years reduces the environmental impact of its production, which accounts for 80% of the total impact, by half!.
