Joining connection for bearings, gears, and bolts, quick curing.

Surface preparation: To achieve optimal results, the parts to be assembled should be degreased and cleaned, for example, with WEICON Surface Cleaner (possibly roughening). The use of WEICONLOCK is also possible on uncleaned surfaces, such as screws in their delivery condition. However, the cleaner the surface, the better the results achieved.

Application: WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the pen using the dosing tip, avoiding direct contact between the dosing tip and the metal. For press connections and larger joining parts, both surfaces should always be thinly and evenly coated. Parts should be joined quickly. In the case of sliding fits, rotate the parts against each other during assembly for optimal distribution of the adhesive. Joined parts should not be moved until they reach hand strength. Do not pour WEICONLOCK that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles can cause curing in the bottle. Therefore, the use of dosing devices is recommended in series production.

WEICONLOCK can be stored in sealed original containers at room temperature for at least 24 months. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK liquid.
