This is a POE IEEE 802.3 af/at (Power over Ethernet) splitter that splits a Gigabit Ethernet into a USB-C and RJ45 connection. This allows you to conveniently operate devices that do not have a POE function with only one Ethernet cable. The USB-C output supplies 5V with max. 2.5A so you can easily operate your Rasperry Pi via POE.
