Product details
4-Port IO-Link Master
Increasingly complex products, the flexibilization of manufacturing, and high demands on quality assurance require the use of intelligent, configurable, and parameterizable sensors. The necessary, often diverse interfaces for connecting to control systems and tooling are now elegantly standardized through IO-Link.
This allows process data, such as individual bits, bytes, and data blocks for input and output data, as well as acyclic data for identification, configuration, parameterization, and diagnostics, to be communicated to the respective device (sensor or actuator) via a 3-wire connection at speeds of up to 230.4 kbaud.
Device description files for the IO-Link devices define the functions and performance data, which can be comfortably adjusted using WAGO-I/O-CHECK or the WAGO IO-Link Configurator. In the event of a necessary device replacement, configuration and parameterization can be restored automatically without the intervention of maintenance personnel. Thus, project planning, installation, and operation are significantly simplified!
The module complies with the IO-Link test specification V1.1.3 from January 2021.
Up to 4 different IO-Link devices or digital standard sensors/actuators can be connected simultaneously to the WAGO IO-Link Master 750-1657. The module provides all 3 connections for each of the 4 channels within just 12 mm of width.
