Moist Hot Air
The cooking chamber air is heated by the heating element located behind the back wall of the cooking chamber and is circulated evenly. The resulting steam is minimally vented from the cooking chamber. The moisture of the food remains intact.
PizzaPlus
Heating is done using hot air and bottom heat. The bottom of the baked goods is cooked more intensively.
Top/Bottom Heat
