Uhu Turbo Fix² - Liquid Plastic is a 2-component quick repair adhesive based on cyanoacrylate. It is extremely strong, super fast, and gap-filling. The adhesive is very well suited for all types of assembly and repair work with plastics such as PVC, PS, ABS, and PMMA in any combination, as well as in combination with many other materials like ceramics, stone, glass, wood, or metals. Not suitable for PE, PP, and PTFE.
The gel consistency allows for drip-free application in any position. Thanks to its gap-filling properties, the adhesive is also suitable for bonding uneven surfaces and for filling cracks and gaps. Uhu Turbo Fix² - Liquid Plastic bonds and repairs various types of plastics in seconds (approximately 30 seconds, depending on the material, surface, moisture, and temperature) as well as in combination with other materials.
Application:
1. The surface must be dry, clean, and free of dust and grease.
2. Remove the black cap from the top of the syringe.
3. To attach the dual-chamber syringe, insert the piston into both chambers.
4. Remove the cap and attach the mixer, then press the piston and discard the first drops of adhesive.
5. Apply thinly on one side and press for at least 30 seconds. The final strength is achieved after 24 hours.
6. Once the adhesive in the mixer hardens, replace the mixer.
7. After the bonding process, remove the mixer and seal the syringe with the cap until the next use.
