Product details
No less than nine different values are measured and logged by uHoo. In addition to temperature, humidity and air pressure, the device also determines the concentration of VOCs (volatile organic compounds), which can cause concentration or sleep disorders, headaches or irritation of the respiratory tract, among other things. Particulate matter is generally considered to be harmful to health and can cause allergic reactions as well as diseases of organs. Ozone (O₃), carbon dioxide (CO₂), carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) are all toxic to us and can have dangerous consequences above a certain concentration. uHoo not only measures all these values, but also tracks their development and also shows you whether the measured concentrations are within a safe range. If the values exceed national, international or even your own defined limits, you will receive a corresponding message in the app. Thanks to the app, you always have a clear view of the measured values as long as you are connected to the Internet and the uHoo networked via WLAN. The graphical evaluation shows you data curves from which you can identify and evaluate trends, behaviour and effects of air patterns. For example, you can read off whether and to what extent morning traffic, hot weather or the use of cleaning agents or other chemicals affect your indoor air and take appropriate measures. In addition, uHoo is IFTTT-enabled and can work with certain other smart home devices, for example, to turn on a ventilation system or lower the electric blinds. Easy installation - After registration, connect uHoo to the power supply via mini-USB, then to your wireless network. This is followed by an automatic calibration of the sensors and an initial measurement. After that uHoo works automatically. Run the setup once and then leave the sensor on a table or shelf.
