Product details
ZigBee 3.0 wireless router. Designed for forwarding ZigBee data in extensive buildings. Wireless standard: IEEE 802.15.4 / ZigBee 3.0. Can be mounted under a conventional flush switch. Dimensions: 43 x 47 x 12 mm. The Router R0 is a ZigBee wireless router that serves to forward ZigBee data in extensive buildings. In this flush-mounted version, it can be integrated into any standard flush-mounted box. Invisible. The Router R0 fits into sufficiently deep DIN 49073 boxes and can be installed flush behind any light switch or in a wall or ceiling outlet – so you do not need to replace your existing switches and sockets. If you wish to install new switches for aesthetic reasons, you are free to choose the manufacturer and the respective series. Only unconventional switches, such as those used in bus systems (KNX/EIB), are unsuitable. The particularly compact design simplifies installation. The wireless components of the ubisys Smart Home system are based on the international standards IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee. This ensures long-term availability of components and protects your investment. Thanks to the robust and innovative wireless technology, there are no special requirements for electrical installation. This solution is therefore suitable not only for new buildings but also for renovations and refurbishments. Additional components can be gradually added and integrated into your Smart Home. You can determine at any time when and to what extent you want to expand your system. And with the Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware upgrade, this component – like all our Smart Home components – remains up to date. This way, you are well-prepared for the future Smart Grid.
