Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch: Managed PoE+ (active/passive) Gigabit Switch with SFP Modules

The Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch is a PoE+ Gigabit Switch that offers a wide range of Layer 2 features and protocols, as well as Layer 3 routing support.

The switch allows for simultaneous traffic processing of 26 Gbps (24 port model) and 70 Gbps (48 port model) across all ports without packet loss. It features automatic detection of IEEE 802.3af/at devices to enable PoE automatically. When using passive PoE devices, PoE must be activated through the interface to power the devices.

Fiber Connections

The 24 port EdgeSwitch has 2x SFP ports and supports transmission rates of up to 1 Gbps.

The 48 port EdgeSwitch has 2x SFP and 2x SFP+ ports and supports transmission rates of up to 10 Gbps.

Extensive User Interface

The user interface is intuitively designed, allowing for administration and configuration through a graphical interface. For experienced users, configuration is also possible via Command-Line Interface (CLI) through Telnet or SSH.
