Product details
Turris MOX F (USB)
The Turris MOX is a unique modular router designed for small and medium-sized businesses, tech enthusiasts, and households that are aware of the risks of the internet. Thanks to its secure default configuration, automatic firmware updates, and an adaptive distributed firewall, the product is highly secure. The Turris MOX is also open source - it runs a free Linux operating system (based on OpenWrt) on open hardware. You can purchase a complete Turris MOX set (Pocket Wi-Fi, Power Wi-Fi, and Classic) or build your own. For this, you need the MOX Start base set, which you can expand with one or more modules (MOX B, C, D, E, F, and G) and add-ons (MOX Wi-Fi Add-On (SDIO), MOX Wi-Fi Add-On (mPCIe), and MOX PoE Add-On).
Main features of the MOX F (USB) module
The F module expands your configuration with additional USB 3.0 ports with transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbit/s, allowing you to connect external drives, TV tuners, and other devices.
Compatibility
The configuration can only contain one MOX F module. The PCIe bus is terminated there. For this reason, MOX F cannot be combined with MOX B.
This module can only be used as an extension in a set. You need at least MOX Start. If you combine it with other modules, ensure that they are compatible.
- External connections: 4x USB 3.0
- Internal interfaces: 1x 64-pin connector for connecting additional modules
- Size (W x D x H): 110 x 58 x 19 mm (without housing)
- Operating temperature: 0°C to 40°C
